Mandy Daglish Yoga Bio Profile

I adore being utterly devoted and immersed in my yoga practices. I did my first yoga immersion in 2015 with Leila Sadeghee in London, which opened the doors to the life affirming teachings of non-dual Tantric philosophy. I've been a devotee of the Śri Vidya lineage since 2015 and I'm continuously in sādhanā (daily practice) exploring different aspects of consciousness, with my teacher Zeenat Cameron.

I love running and hiking with my dog Stan. I love being on yoga retreats & trainings, reading wonderful books by inspirational teachers and spending time with friends. I basically love learning and opening my mind to new tools and practices that enrich my life. Most of all I love being on the fells, feeling a sense of belonging and fullness amongst the elements, where my mind stills and I can see myself and the moment more clearly. I feel so blessed to be in this beautiful part of the world. It’s pure medicine and I weave all of that goodness into my classes.

I’m all about connection & community and I love to hold space for others, whilst being able to express all the silly, weird, fun vibes too. We’ve nurtured a very warm, welcoming and nourishing community here and if you are looking for a bit more of that in your life, then we’d love to meet you.

Practice with me.

Playful, deep and authentic classes.

I teach weekly, in-person yoga classes, and a monthly workshop in West Cumbria. You can expect a playful, honest, down to earth approach that’s also infused with depth. I teach from an embodied place, which means I practice what I preach and authenticity is important to me, be it from the roots of yoga or the root of my own heart.

I have a been a devotee of classical tantra for a decade, and in 2022 I finally took the plunge and signed up to the 250hr online Samāveśa Faciltator Training. The training penetrated so deeply into the layers of my being and psyche, that there was no way that I couldn't share what is now available to stream through me. I certified as an Embodied Hatha Flow Facilitator with Samāveśa School of Yoga in 2023, where I remain a part of the community that is so inherently woven into my karmic dharma.

Creating a space for women to ground into the present moment is at the heart of my offerings - to be with what’s arising in the moment so we can meet more of the difficulties of life. I adore curating yoga classes that bring women into a felt sense of wholeness, an undeniable knowing that there is more to life than the perpetual spinning of thought and mind. My classes are relatable and accessible for everyone, with an embodied approach that invites people to move from the inside out.

Mondays

Dynamic Hatha Flow

Keekle Village Hall

6-7pm

Keekle Terrace , Cleator Moor , CA25 5RQ

A dynamic flow, moving steadily from the inner space to help create a fluid practice directed by the breath. You will be guided through sequences to gradually build heat and open up the body, to experience a feeling of dusting out all the cobwebs. A perfect class to generate strength and stability through graceful, fluid sequences. Experience is necessary, although this is not an advanced class.

Tuesdays

Gentle Hatha Flow

Keekle Village Hall

10-11am | 6-7pm

Keekle Terrace , Cleator Moor , CA25 5RQ

Expect a nourishing and grounding practice with depth, using somatics to explore spacious sequences. Connect with the ground and the support of earth, breath, heart & mind. Awaken your intuitive awareness and move towards an embodied sense of 'wholeness'. Taste your essence nature and the sweet holding of dropping into spacious loving awareness. A class suitable for everyone. Spots limited to 12 so it’s always best to book ahead.

If something comes up, you have 24 hours to cancel and receive a refund. If you late cancel (less than 24 hours), you’ll still be charged for the class.

    MONTHLY SOUL MEDICINE

A soul filled container of dedicated time, where we'll dive deep into the chosen theme. Each month it will be a new theme where we'll explore the inner landscape through creative soft flows, that will begin with the fundamental earth element connection before gracefully moving into flow. Expect plenty of space, with a slice of homemade cake and tea to follow. I love to gather after practice, so we can all relax into the subtler energies together and spend some sweet time in community.

  • Kula Meet Up

    KULA HANG OUTS

Kula means community and, once a month, we get together for a brew, a visit to the theatre or a walk up the fells. Whatever we fancy. It’s a way to hang out and connect, outside of the yoga shala, where we get to know each other better and have a laugh.

After every class I can guarantee I am more relaxed and calm. It is like I have walked out of an oasis of relaxation. My body and mind have been stretched and any tension has melted away. The quality and detail in the class always impresses me. There is usually a theme which is explained on a physical and energetic level creating a journey of movement through the class. Each posture is considered and alternatives suggested. The asana and pranayama meld effortlessly creating a beautiful flow between body and breath. - Keely Robinson
