After every class I can guarantee I am more relaxed and calm. It is like I have walked out of an oasis of relaxation. My body and mind have been stretched and any tension has melted away. The quality and detail in the class always impresses me. There is usually a theme which is explained on a physical and energetic level creating a journey of movement through the class. Each posture is considered and alternatives suggested. The asana and pranayama meld effortlessly creating a beautiful flow between body and breath.

If you asked me a year ago about how I felt about going to yoga well...in all honesty it was my least favourite day of the week. Fast forward twelve months and it's now my favourite weekday of them all! The time I have spent each week with Mandy has helped ground me, improve my physical strength and become more in tune with my thoughts and feelings. The hour we started off sharing as just a literal handful of people, has grown into a wonderful collective of individuals, all coming together for their own reasons, to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Mandy always creates a welcoming atmosphere with lovely themed sessions that are always supportive and relatable. Her practices offer flexibility so everyone feels comfortable and can go at their own pace. As a safe space for all, I would highly recommend Mandy's yoga sessions as it has become the highlight of my week. Thank you Mandy!

After two major traumas I thought that I'd dealt with everything physically and thought the focus and drive was to get back to work and lead a normal life, but all that time something wasn't right inside internally. I've explored so many different avenues of self help, counselling, even looking to see if Buddhism would fill the gap but nothing was going to address what I needed to address. Then I had a chance meeting with Mandy, where I understood the need to learn and heal from the inside that no amount of counselling was going to do that. By focusing on the breathing in the body, the emotion and the mind, the rest and listening to my body. I'm starting to feel better and improve, and it really is what I was looking for that inner peace and calm, you can take medication and go to counselling but you've got to feel and trust in the peace and the calm that comes and that's what I get every single class with Mandy but it's transferable into everyday life. I'm learning more and more, and getting more confident in trusting and allowing that peace and calm to actually wash over me. It isn't a sense of loss of control or anxiety as old panic, it's now letting go and letting something wash over me and bring me down to that peaceful calm warm state.
